MGT 3367 Leadership for Innovation

An introduction to the concepts and process of leadership in the innovative organization is presented.  Further discussion and exploration of current issues in leading organizations in multiple segments of the economy are reviewed. The focus is on the practice of leadership and the understanding of complex leadership challenges.  The opportunity to encounter innovative leaders in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors on a personal basis is central to the course.
